Threadless alternative to a tri-clamp eliminates risk of damaged threads
The Clever Clamp™ can be installed anywhere a traditional tri-clamp is used and its patent pending design allows for less risk of bacterial build up due to over tightening or under tightening a sanitary clamp. The threadless design eliminates the risk of damaged threads which can lead to an improper tightening of wingnut. It features a self-locking lever, creating a perfect seal every time.
No Threads, No Extra Tools, No Problems
Because there are no threads to tighten, a torque wrench or any other tool to dial in a specific torque setting is not needed. Changing multiple clamps in a line becomes much faster without having to take the time to get an exact torque rating for each clamp.
Consistent, Controlled, Compression
The Clever Clamp adjusts to accommodate either rubber or PTFE gaskets, guaranteeing the correct compression and proper seal for either gasket material. Because the clamp is preadjusted to the ideal level, it is impossible to over tighten—or under tighten.
